All lending decisions are made solely by independent third-party financial institutions. Your relationship with any lender is separate from Money 7.0. We do not control lender underwriting criteria, credit policies, or approval processes.

3. Services Provided

Money 7.0 may provide:

  • Funding advisory and consultation

  • Loan preparation guidance

  • Administrative assistance

  • Lender matching and referrals

  • General funding strategy support

All services are advisory in nature. Money 7.0 does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

4. Funding Advisory Fee

Money 7.0 charges a Funding Advisory Fee for its services. This fee compensates Money 7.0 for:

  • Advising

  • Consulting

  • Administrative work

  • Lender referral efforts

Fee Structure

  • The Funding Advisory Fee is paid upfront.

  • Funds may be placed on hold pending loan approval.

  • Once a loan is approved, the Funding Advisory Fee becomes fully earned.

Upon loan approval, the Funding Advisory Fee is charged regardless of whether the client elects to use or draw the funds.

5. Refund Policy

The Funding Advisory Fee is refundable only if:

  • The client does not qualify for a loan, or

  • The client is not approved by a lender


No other refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Money 7.0 based on lender decisions and application outcomes.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

  • To provide truthful, accurate, and complete information

  • Not to misrepresent financial or business details

  • To cooperate with documentation requests

  • To understand that approval decisions are outside Money 7.0’s control

Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Third-Party Financial Institutions

Money 7.0 works with independent third-party financial institutions. We do not control or assume responsibility for:

  • Lending decisions

  • Loan terms

  • Interest rates

  • Fees charged by lenders

  • Funding delays

You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the lender’s separate terms and agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money 7.0 shall not be liable for:

  • Credit decisions

  • Financial losses

  • Business losses

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Money 7.0’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client for services.

  • Your misuse of services
